Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer is one of the 8 Var municipalities of the AOP Bandol. About sixty cellars and estates raise unique wines in limited quantities around an extraordinary grape variety, Mourvèdre, with a strong temperament and sublimated by exceptional natural conditions. At the bend of a country road, in the Saint-Cyrien hinterland, you will like to know more about this demanding grape variety requiring attentive care.
